These following terms and conditions are valid with any and all references pertaining to Fuzion BV, its website (www.fuzioncompany.com), service offers, orders and agreements.



General Terms

By taking advantage of the services provided by Fuzion BV and its constituents, you acknowledge and guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older.

1. You are required to follow instructions, which include providing complete and factual information at all times.

2. You are required to inform us about any changes of situation within 1 (one) week of such changes taking effect.

Prohibited Use

You will not use our services or products for any illegal purposes or such purposes that are in violation with these terms and conditions.

Termination

Fuzion BV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or any part of the services at any time for any reason whatsoever found to be valid. Such actions will be taken without prior notice or any liability.

Agreements

Any offers made by Fuzion BV are only valid when they have been acknowledged and accepted by Fuzion BV.

Fuzion BV is not obligated to supply information to you prior to the conclusion of the agreement.

Delivery and shipping information

The time of delivery can vary, but Fuzion BV has a maximum of thirty days. In case Fuzion BV is not able to deliver the product(s) within thirty days, Fuzion BV shall inform you immediately in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) in which case you are entitled to terminate the agreement by notifying such in writing (e-mail, fax or letter) to Fuzion BV. We shall refund any amount paid to you within thirty days, without further liability.

Transportation

During the transportation of the goods, Fuzion BV will carry the risk of damage, theft or loss. At the moment of delivery of the goods the risk passes to you.

Returns

You are entitled to terminate the agreement made with Fuzion BV within seven days of delivery, provided that the products are still factory sealed. You have to inform Fuzion BV via e-mail and must return the products immediately. You bare the risk during this transportation. In the event payments have already been made, Fuzion BV shall, after receiving and verifying the products concerned, refund the money to you within thirty days. Your shipping costs for returning the goods will not be refunded.

Warranty

1. If Fuzion BV is of the opinion that a return due to damage is justified, it is obliged only to deliver replacement products as soon as possible without you being entitled to compensation for any damages. The costs of both return consignments, repair and/or replacement will be paid by Fuzion BV.

2. The warranty referred to in this article will not be applicable in the event that the defect has been fully or partially caused by any incorrect, improper, careless or incompetent use and/or if you have made any modifications to the products.

Liability

Fuzion BV’ s liability is limited to the warranty it provides for certain goods and products. Liability for indirect damages will not be recognized.

Customs

Fuzion BV can not guarantee that customs will not confiscate the products ordered by you. If such is the case Fuzion BV will not refund any payments to you.

Payment

1. In the event of non-payment, you will automatically be in default and will owe the legal interest on the total amount invoiced from the date due and all expenses of the collection of payments incurred by Fuzion BV.
Miscellaneous

1. Fuzion BV reserves the right to modify these the above terms and conditions at any given time. These modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting.

2. The above terms comprise the entire agremeent of the parties involved and replace and previous agreements made with regards to the subject. If any part of the above terms and conditions is found to be invalid, this invalidity shall not have any effect on the rest of the terms and conditions and therefore remain in tact as they are.

3. All the above terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
